My core training is as a person-centered counsellor.
However I now work integratively, sometimes using Gestalt creative techniques plus elements of Transactional Analysis & Neuro Linguistic Programming (Brief Therapy).

Working this way enables me to adapt the way I work to suit you, to ensure I am meeting your individual needs in a way which feels comfortable for you.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as the Hampshire Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP) and work within the BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I am fully insured, have ongoing clinical supervision and regularly attend  courses and further training to enhance my knowledge and professionalism with Continued Professional Development (CPD).

I also hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate, and keep up to date with mandatory courses for safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.
